Ashley Jones MSW, RCSW
Ashley is an advanced clinical practitioner who has over 15 years experience working in the mental health field with a variety of clients in different therapeutic settings. She specializes in working with complex mental health concerns including attention deficit hyper activity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, somatization, attachment, grief and loss, and trauma. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, empowering clients to rely on their own resilience and strength to find solutions. Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, she will explore unhelpful cycles of behaviors, negative self-talk, or complicated systemic family patterns hindering your ability to move forward productively and achieve your desired goals. Ashley will work with you to identify the steps needed to create concrete and lasting change.
